Dr Gabriella Birley is a GMC-registered medical doctor and Founder of The Doctor Clinic, specialising in longevity medicine, health optimisation, and regenerative aesthetics.

She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from Warwick Medical School, preceded by an Honours degree in Law from the University of Manchester, an MSc in Medical Law and Ethics, and a Master’s degree in Global Health from Brighton and Sussex Medical School. This multidisciplinary academic background underpins her rigorous, analytical, and ethically grounded approach to medicine.

Dr Birley’s clinical focus centres on longevity, cellular health, and performance optimisation, delivered through a highly data-driven, precision-medicine approach. She utilises comprehensive and advanced testing to understand each individual’s unique biology, allowing interventions to be fully personalised rather than protocol-driven.

Her work targets the cellular foundations of ageing and recovery,by analysing biological data and longitudinal trends, Dr Birley designs strategies that enhance cellular repair, recovery capacity, resilience,  optimise energy, cognition, physical performance, and ageing trajectories.

She works extensively with high-performance individuals such as CEO’s and athletes, delivering bespoke, discreet optimisation programmes informed by ongoing assessment and outcome tracking. This evidence-led, inside-out framework underpins both longevity outcomes and regenerative aesthetic results, ensuring interventions are strategic, measured, and biologically aligned.

Dr Birley is a trusted celebrity injector, recognised by the Tweakments Guide as one of their trusted practitioners, and is frequently featured in international media as an authority on longevity, skin health, menopause, and aesthetic medicine. Her work has appeared in HELLO!, The Daily Mail, The Sun, Aesthetic Medicine, and the Journal of Aesthetic Nursing.

Renowned for her clinical precision, discretion, and innovation, Dr Birley represents a new generation of physicians operating at the intersection of longevity science, human performance, and regenerative aesthetic medicine.

Dr. Charlie Thompson is a GMC registered Consultant Rheumatologist at Brighton and Sussex University Hospital and a senior lecturer at Brighton and Sussex Medical school.

Dr Charlie has over 14 years experience, having graduated in medicine in 2008, she  was accredited into the Royal College of Physicians in 2012. She spent five years specialising in Rheumatology, which deals with chronic pain as well as auto-immune and inflammatory disease and completed a research doctorate in medicine, awarded in 2017 with the University of Cardiff.

Dr Charlie also specialises in anti-wrinkle treatments and dermal fillers. The non-surgical and non-invasive aesthetics treatments that she offers, are performed as an extension of her clinical practice, where she upholds meticulous medical and safety standards. Her medical training means that she has superior knowledge of your facial anatomy so that the finished project will be of first rate quality and achieved with reduced risk.

Dr Charlie’s professional background and experience enable her to provide you with thorough and up-to-date information regarding best practice and recommended treatment. As in medicine, she stays abreast of new developments in aesthetics.

Kelly is our Lead Skin and Laser Specialist at The Doctor Clinic, bringing over 18 years of experience within the aesthetics and skincare industry. She began her career in 2007 with Champneys before progressing through a range of advanced roles, from Skin Practitioner to Brand Business Development Manager, working with globally renowned names such as SK:N, IIAA, and Environ.

Over the past seven years, Kelly has specialised in laser and light-based therapies, achieving her Level 4 qualifications with distinction. Her calm, caring approach and commitment to delivering transformative, results-driven treatments ensure every patient leaves looking and feeling their best.

A true skincare expert, Kelly combines her extensive clinical experience with a deep passion for healthy, radiant skin. Alongside her expertise in laser technologies, she specialises in SkinCeuticals and Obagi, creating bespoke, science-led treatment plans designed to help each patient achieve their most confident complexion.

Nikki has over 20 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, working and training alongside some of the world’s leading cosmetics surgeons and doctors.

An expert in her field. Highly personalised, passionate and discreet, Nikki’s extensive hands-on experience shaped by many years of advanced training, makes her a super proficient skincare specialist.

Having worked with many high-profile clients within London, New York and Sydney, Nikki has a track record for client satisfaction, which is a testament to the many returning customers she has treated over the years. Her ability lies in being able to respond to her client’s individual skincare needs with ease, ensuring that every appointment feels different from the last.

Klaudia qualified in 2013 and has been working within clinical settings since 2015, gaining extensive experience with one of the UK’s most established medical aesthetic providers, Harley Medical Group. This strong clinical foundation has shaped a meticulous, patient-focused approach to advanced skin and laser treatments.

Klaudia holds CIBTAC Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications, alongside a VTCT Level 4 qualification in Laser and IPL, reflecting her advanced training and commitment to industry-leading standards. Her expertise spans a wide range of treatments, including laser hair removal, vascular and pigmentation treatments, scarring, and specialist acne management.

Passionate about skin health and long-term results, she takes a personalised, results-driven approach to every treatment plan. By combining technical expertise with a genuine dedication to patient care, she ensures each patient feels informed, confident, and supported throughout their skin journey.

Jo is a valued member of our Front of House team and is often the first friendly face to welcome you to The Doctor Clinic. Dedicated to delivering an exceptional patient experience, she ensures every visit runs seamlessly from the moment you arrive.

Jo manages both new and existing patient enquiries with care and professionalism, offering guidance and reassurance at every stage of your journey. Working closely with our practitioners, she’s always on hand to help you explore treatment options and answer any questions before and after your visit.

You’ll often find Noorina welcoming patients into the clinic or assisting with enquiries as part of our Front of House team. Alongside her role at The Doctor Clinic, Noorina is currently midway through medical school, working hard towards her goal of becoming a doctor.

Her time with us in the clinic provides invaluable hands-on experience, allowing her to deepen her medical knowledge and understanding of patient care. Noorina works closely alongside Dr Gabriella and our Ophthalmology team.. you may even find her assisting in theatre as she continues to develop her clinical expertise.
